Blocked how? You mean you get that pressurized feeling like when you go up in an airplane? You're just sucking in too much air when you eat, it's not a big deal.

If it happens often enough then it could be a disorder that is aggrevated by swallowing. It could be swallowing itself, it could be mucus, it could be pressure in the ear that may be an infection that you didn't know you had.

The best thing is to tell a doctor, because the referral you will need to go to an ear nose and throat specialist is better for you than just ignoring it and letting it become something worse like an ear infection ( which is very painful ).

Do you also have problems coughing after you eat? Feel like you have too much phlem after you eat, or sinus problems like congestion or nasal drip? If you do it could very well be a problem with swallowing...

Good luck.

Probably because you're putting pressure on your jaw and it's extending to your ears, where it would have the same affect as being in a place w/high pressure (like up in an airplane or underwater).

Either that, or your eating so much food that it's coming out your ears.

Do your jaws ever ache or get stuck? Do you grind your teeth? You may have a TMJ problem.
You could have food allergies.
