Well. Like many other people have stated rape is a serious crime. No duh. But it also depends on your state of mind during. Where you drunk? Having a breakdown? etc. But if your date was drunk too and you two had some night, and in the morning neither one of you remember, it's best to get your girl some birth control. Also if you remember and she doesn't- tell her.
But if your the family of the rapist/raped. Tell the authorities!!! Even if your the most well to do people in the world, there are consequences to thy actions! Plus those people could become repeat offenders.

rape is no accident. Rape is the result of week male minds going after woman dressed provokitively asking for men to look. but not touch.

rape is never an accident... when our respect for each other stops, and we see the other as object of our desire, rape takes place. rapists cannot understand that the other person also a human being,having feelings

RAPE IS USUALLY NOT AN ACCIDENT BUT A WELL PLANNED STRATEGY.ONE SHOULD BE ON GUARD ALL THE TIME EVEN WITH KNOWN PEOPLE AND SHOULD TAKE SOME TRAINING IN SELF DEFENCE.

What you actually mean by rape(accidents). It does not happen accidentally, it happens due to the weakness of manhood towards femininity.
Nowadays it happens mainly due to the influence of pornographic films circulated around teenagers and due to high adult contents in films.
Mainly the way girls dress these days, they can attract boys visually but must not be responsible for making visual appeal to boys.
Basically every living thing in this world are reproducing in our cases it happens mainly due to visual appeals and wordy appeals.

Practically impossible. You can not know site of rape in advance. It can happen anywhere at any time. I can happen to police in morning in Darya Ganj in Delhi

It is not an accident. Severe punishment even capital punishment is not enough for this heinous crime.
