Absolutely bored? I usually go run on the treadmill, watch TV, or go on the Internet... or cook. Which brings me to breakfast ideas. You should always eat breakfast because it increases your metabolism and helps you start your day. :)
Some ideas are:
~Fat free yogurt (that 60 calories one fills me up)
~Low fat pancakes
~Breakfast cereals (Special K is a great one!)
~A cup of milk! Calcium rich
~Waffles are good, not always healthy though.
~Hot cereal
~Leftovers from dinner... although I can't say I would recommend that one. :)

Low fat pancakes recipe: (it's pretty simple)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 cup of skim milk (fat free milk works too)
1 tbsp. canola oil

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add milk, vanilla, oil. Stir until just mixed; batter will be lumpy.
Pour onto a heated pan. Spoon 1/4 a cup of the batter and let it cook until brown or until the top is bubbling. Flip and cook on the other side.

Each pancake has 76 calories with one gram of fat.

Stay healthy!

When I am absolutely bored, I pick my nose.

At 11:53 its not time for breakfast anymore. Eat a good healthy lunch with chicken, veggies and maybe some fruit.
