How do I forget about the workplace after work hours? Only 2 people are harrassing me and we happen to sit in the same office. The supervisor and his secretary. The other co-workers are supportive of me. They consist of 50 people.

You need to find a way to relax after you leave work, something that will distract you. A nice hot bath or a long walk may help. If you have a dog, take him/her on an invigorating walk... the endorphins from the exercise will help your mood, and hopefully give you something to else to focus your energies on.

Get some sort of hobby or activity away from work which you really enjoy. Realize you cannot please everyone all the time. Since this is in the workplace, there are laws governing the behaviour of those involved. You have the options of:

1) putting up with it and do nothing,
2) looking for another job,
3) recording harrasing behaviour and comments, including those who witness it, date, time and place and contacting the appropriate authorities.
4) Use the information you collect regarding harrasing behaviour and start a civil action against them.

These 'people' who are harrassing you are less mature than you are. They are acting like grade-school pupils. I personally have no respect for this kind of behaviour, which I endured while in grade school from the school bully. After he coaxed me into fighting and found my fists in his face about a dozen times, he never bothered me again.

Do something!

God Bless!
