they keep it cold to kill virus and other sickness it set at 72 thats why its cold in hospitals

The one I worked at it was 75o farhenheit except in the cooking area where it's at 66o
because the ovens provide heat from cooking! The idea is to have the patients that are sick sweat out their illness. Also try to prevent any from picking up others patients illnesses. I only worked parttime
I assisted a cook and was a parttime Librarian in the Hospital..also was a gofer one who went down to the cafeteria or store
to get things for patients. I brought the items to the Attendant that required them and they take that to the patients. Gofers and attendants like these aren't so Common in Canada now due to many funding cutbacks!

I'm not sure I just know it was damn cold when I had my 2 week stay there.

Super hot so the bacteria can grow and infect us all.
