There isn't one. At least not officially.
Malta is the closest one:
"The official languages are Maltese and English. Italian, an official language of Malta until the '30s, is widely spoken as a third language.[5] French,German and Spanish are taught in secondary schools."

There isn't one.
Equatorial Guinea has both Spanish and French, Switzerland has Italian, French, (old) Romanian and German.
I don't think that there are any who speak both Italian and Spanish as official languages.

I really do not think there is one, French Guiana and Guyana in South America speak French and Spanish, but I do not think there is an out and out countryt that speaks Spanish and Italian.
It isn't Malta btw, they speak Maltese, Italian or English.

Not many countries have Italian as an official language. There is no country on the border between Spain and Italy so I don't think there is one.

It's not Brazil either. Morocco? Are you sure it's an independent country, or is it simply a Mediterranean Island?
You've got me - no idea!
