In our complicated mind sometimes even a smile in the street makes us think someone is hitting on us. You know yourself, what did you felt when she asked? Then what did you felt afterwards?
Do you want something to happen, go 4 it.
But anyway, it seems intriguing if a woman asks for back shaving, isn't it?
You didn't specified if your neighbour had good looks or some other attribute. Let's asume she is, so what the heck, go shave the neighbour!

If that is her way of coming on to you I hope her back isn't really in need of shaving and she just wants to get you in her bathroom with her cause that's kinda gross.
