The 23 flavours in that one can or bottle of Dr. Pepper are not flavours at all but actually 23 ingredients. These 23 "flavours" are the safely guarded secret of Dr. Pepper. If the disclosed this information, they wouldn't be as successful as they are today. The new flavours such as Cherry, Berries & Cream, Vanilla; are simply added on to the original flavour. You can taste the drink and try to determine what those so called 23 flavours are or you can be bold and ask the makers themselves.
