Likely it is just her scent marking or her natural lubrication but I'd take her to the vet just in case. None of us can see the liquid to know for sure. Does it have an unpleasant smell to it? If so, get to the vet asap as she could have a uterine infection. If she's not going to show or breed, she can also be spayed while there and your roommate would not have to deal with this anymore.

"Take IT to the vet" BTW what is an "IT"??

Anyway sweet pea, YES, if kitty is un-spayed it is another form of "heat". Her "lubrication" is making itself apparent for mating purposes. Her amor' will know she is ready.

Why doesn't your roomie get her spayed? It will prevent TONS of issues in every area of her life (yours too).

Almost EVERY state has clinics that do this for free or almost free. They even include vaccinations if your lucky. Hopefully you are.

I am really not too sure about this one? I had my female cat spayed before she hit six months so she never came into season but it sounds to me as thought this could be the case.

Really not much help to you at all is it?!!! Sorry

Yes it is. you can get her fixed or just have to deal with it when she goes in heat. but she wont do it all the time. it will stop eventually.
