I usually just prepare the fish with seasoning salt, lemon juice, white wine, garlic salt and top with diced onions and bell peppers. Now I just need a sauce to really set this dish off. Thanks in advance.

I love Salmon with a hint of Dill. You're gonna love this recipe. :)

* 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup prepared mustard
* 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves
* 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
* 2 teaspoons dried dill, or to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in thyme, oregano, and basil. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet, and spread with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with dill weed.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until the salmon is easily flaked with a fork

Try this, it's a good one...
Baked Salmon w/ Lime, Jalapeno Chive And Sour Cream Sauce

1 pound salmon fillet
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon butter
2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and julienne
1/3 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice
salt and white pepper to taste
snipped fresh chives
lime wedges
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Butter baking dish. Place salmon in dish skin side down. Mix lime juice and butter. Brush over salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake until fish is almost opaque, about 9 minutes per inch of thickness. Meanwhile prepare sauce: Melt butter in heavy small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add chilies and cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Add sour cream and stir until heated through; do not boil. Mix in lime juice. Add salt and pepper. Transfer fish to platter. Spoon sauce over. Sprinkle generously with chives. Garnish with lime wedges.

I mix dijon mustard with a little fresh butter and parsley, melt the butter, add mustard and enjoy. Is also very nice with horseradish stirred into a little heavy cream, with some basil or thyme
