I' m short sighted, not much but I can't use a computer without glasses, so not very little either- the problem is my eyes get tired very easily and they are dry and for the past 4 years I have had eye floaters in both eyes. I work more that 9 hours a day in front of a computer - so that worsens things too. Do you think they can improve in time some how ?

Put a Post-it note on your monitor that says "Blink!" Keeping your eyes closed awhile will help with the dryness. And remember to look away from your screen and off into the distance, say every five minutes.

Other than that, no, your eyesight can't be improved. You're stuck with those floaters. (Admittedly, there *is* a wildly expensive technique that filters the larger proteins from your blood, but I doubt you'd want to go there.)

Though many claim to have been helped by the Bates method of sight improvement, it's been rejected by mainstream medicine. The theory that eyesight can improve through exercise is contradicted by both ophthalmologists and optometrists.

Hey there,
I'm following this system to perfect my vision with simple eye exercises http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413. I was skeptical at first but I'm really seeing very good results so far.
I love it!
