razor cut layers, just past shoulder length (so its not too shocking to you! you can always go shorter) Long razor cut bangs. Its hip, its fresh, and its a bit "punk" while still classic enough to dress up or dress down. Use a ceramic hot iron to straighten the ends into tips, and some pomade on the ends to make them defined and textured!

Hmm.......
Have you tried a T.S.T? I mean a two sided twist. I love wearing them! It's so simple, yet it's lovely.
• First of all, shower your hair with shampoo and conditioner to bring out your natural gloss. It looks much better when it's nice and shiny! Be sure to let your locks dry first; blow-drying works best.
• Second, choose two hairbands that match your style. Your avatar suggests you have red hair, so gold or mahogany would be perfect for you.
• Third, part your hair right down the middle of your scalp. Divide it evenly on both sides, making sure that the hair on the back on your head is parted, too!
• Use the hairbands to make two ponytails. Not too high, nor too low on your head, but just about in the middle. The locks should hang about 6 inches apart. Secure the bands to your liking, and brush them to perfection!
• Using another hairband, hold the two pigtails together and twist them into one. It should look like 2 ponytails, but a third ponytail holds them in place in the back of your head!
• Lastly, choose a nice scrunchie for a finishing touch! If you chose mahogany hairbands, a gold scrunchie will be stunning! Twist the elaborate hairband onto the ponytail in the back, and tighten slightly.
• Now, find a mirror and inspect your new style! Hope you like it as much as I do! â«âª

Cinnimon Bun: You should twist it really tight and them wrap it into a sort of bun. Clip it with bobby pins and you're ready to go!
Ponytail: Ahh, the classic ponytail. To jazz it up, clip it into a cute'n'messy style.
Messy Shik (sheeke): Wrap your hair into a loose ponytail and then pull it through half way. Then pull the parts that are haning out to the side and there you have the messy shik!

i would suggest buying some curling tongs for a wavey effect, maybe have a trim slightly to neaten it up, and have some layers too, dont have a perm as you will hate it after a while, at least with the tongs its really easy and you can still have it straight when you want it.xxxxxxxxxxx

I think sideswept bangs and curls/wavy hair look great on just about everyone. Think Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton hair. You need long hair to curl it and it would look nice.
You could also razor it and get layers.

Try something shorter and get layers. They'll add a nice change to your look. If your feeling really adventurous try out some bangs too.
