From reading your answers, looks like you smacked a hornet's nest with a broom handle.

Jesus knocks at the door. It's up to us to open the door. He will not force us.

Um...Atheism isn't a cult as they have nothing to believe in. A cult is a group that believes in some wholeheartedly, howeer strange it is. Although you can consider that not believing in God is believing in their belief it's not quite the same. When will the other people leave theirs? Just my two cents.

There is no cult or organization or structure to atheism. When are you leaving your religious cult?

How embarrassing that you would think that Athiests are a cult. I'm sure millions of Christians are cringing when they read questions like this.

The only cults I see are those who worship a book, (the bible) fundamentalist Christians , or the Koran (Muslims).

Atheists just don't believe in your hogwash books.

That's like being anti-cult.

Ok...that's not a fair question. Atheists don't even consider themselves members of a cult. I'm certainly not an Atheist, (I am a Catholic) but I don't think it is right nor is it fair to be bashing other people for their beliefs. The best thing to do is pray for them, that God will touch their hearts.

Oops, you accidentally left an extra 'A' at the beginning. Here, let me fix that for you

Theists, when are you going to leave your cult?

There, much better.

Cults are based around a religios Idea.... If they don't have a religion.... come on say it with me. They can't be a cult. Thats right.

Hahaha. Not a part of any group so I can't. FYI-a-theist is a term from the Greek language that means w/o a belief in god(s)/goddesses
there is no group, in fact 'atheists' usually vary quite significally in their beliefs
some, like myself, consider a more appropriate title to be 'non-believer'

I am not an a theist, but common sense tells me that no one is moved from his belief system without a compelling argument. So far, I see bashing but no compelling arguments. From my experience, a belief is not really owned until you question it. Beliefs by rote are not beliefs at all. You have to ask basic questions. Put the Bible aside and think. How do you prove God exists, to yourself. Unless you can answer that, you have no true faith. The journey to true faith is logical and reasonable.
