I'm not sure about Bailey...I often hear about girls having the name Bailey. For a boy, I've always liked Nicolae (Romanian form of Nicholas), Quinn, Brooks, or Richard. I think Richard would sound nice with Joshua and Marshall though.

I like the name Bailey. It is nice and a little unusual. Unfortunately, a lot of the unusual names are becoming more popular. My oldest sons name is Dawson Gage. I litterally sat down and figured out any nicknames he may get from kids to be sure there couldn't be anything really bad. Same with initials. I wanted to be sure his initials didn't give him a bad name. A few people were upset that they couldn't shorten his name, to form a nickname, but they got over it. My reasoning was, this is the name I gave him. If I wanted him to have a nickname I would have given it to him.

Bailey is okay - I think of that alcoholic kid on Party of Five. I like Trevor and Kennike and Jeff and Seth for boy's names - I am not sure if they go well with Joshua and Marshall....try sam

Well i used to have a dog called Bailey so you might not want my opinion on it, i think boys should have strong names.....like Jack and Ryan or James but these are a bit boring i guess, i like Marshall cos it's strong but unusual, how about looking on babynames.com I also really like Marley and Jayden.

I really like that name. I'm pregnant too and am hoping for a little boy as i already have a girl and i wanted to call him bailey, but my hubby didn't like it much so we have thought of Logan James. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and call him bailey, its really really nice

I used to like the name too but now i have a dog called Bailey (he was already named!) I can only ever relate that name to a staffordshire bull terrior lol
but as you dont have to shout that name at an ignorant animal every day it is still nice to you! lol
congrats and good luck!

I'm having a boy as well and I went and asked some grade school kids what they thought about some of the names my husband and I liked. Christopher Aiden is what we ended up with. My brother (19) still thinks that Aiden (means little firey one in Irish) is too weird, if we call him that instead of Chris. haha I should tell him its about the same as his name-Declan (means strong tower-Irish). But definately ask other kids what they would think about the name Bailey.

Bailey is great & a little unusual. How about Philip - not unusual but a strong sounding name or Mitchell, Mario, Louis, Connor, Grant.
