Oxycodone and Hydrocodone are not the same drug. Oxycodone is stronger, and Hydrocodone comes in tablet form too. Both are codein derivatives, so they will have an additive effect. 4-6 hours is recommended between dosing, but one should always follow instructions from their doctor.

They are the same drug so if you take one you should not take the other one..Oxycodone is a pain killer in pill form and hydrocodone is the same pain killer but in liquid form so all you will be doing is double dosing so be careful not to over dose..i've been taking oxycodone for a few years now due to a car accident and once a doctor gave me hydrocodone because of a bad cough..that was giving head aches..so be carefull ..

4-6 hours after you've taken the oxycodone. Be very careful with these drugs, they are respiratory suppressants and can realx you to the point that you never wake up. Take only as directed.
