My boyfriend was very promiscuous when I met him, but now he is committed to me.......I think. Some times I wonder if he is faithful to me or not.

Hey.. When I met my wife.. I turned in my players card.. If you are the right woman for him. He will stop.. Believe it or not, we are looking for someone that will take us out of the game.. You get tired of sleeping with different women all the time..

Promiscuous is one thing. Player is something else.
A player does not respect women and never will. No matter what he tells you. Lying and manipulation are key tools in a players game. And disrespect is the backbone!
A guy who enjoyed his single life and the sexual variety that went with it is very different than a player and can easily settle down and be faithful to a woman he loves.
You need to address the player versus promiscuous issue first and if your guy isn't a player then you need to address the trust issue. If you really don't trust the guy then move on 'cause you will never trust him.

they can change but never think the other girls weren't the right girls, because they were all the right girls when he met them. never believe that the same fate will not befall u, or that u are somehow better than them. it is easy to remain committed in a relationship when all is going well, and someone is getting all of their expectations met, but sometimes circumstances change and the relationship ends,so never believe the reason they changed was because of u.

If your boyfriend is willing to change and he is serious about changing then he will for the right reasons and because he wants to be in a relationship with you. It will take him awhile to change, this is not an overnight kind of thing. Give him some space as it seems that he is well on his way, don't rush him or push the envelope to far.

If a player wants to settle down then sure he/she can. You just need to be observant. If you were worried about it why would you start dating him in the first place. If you are with someone who claims to be a former player then you should just make sure that you are ready for accepting her/his past and comfortable looking to the future.

Emoti0nal attachment is central to any relationship. So a person changing or not changing depends on how much he/she is emotionally attached with her/his partner. If one's attachment is for the sake of lust then one might not really change but then if it's for the sake of love - then love does has the potential to change one's habits and attitudes.

They always change, honey, they always do. But as time goes by there true colours start appearing again. Please don't be naive and think that you changed him. If a person does not change for himself but for someone els he only hides his true self.And please be safe> :)

people who play are insecure with themselves. If this insecurity is resolved them maybe he might settle.

he can change, i mean people do, but it will be hard for him if he is as bad as you say......its hard for people to break their old habits.
