When I got my car back from the body shop this AMP was not working anymore and I do not know how to check if its blown or a fuse is out.

Use a digital multimeter or voltmeter. If you find 12 volts on the power terminal and the remote terminal (with the black probe on the ground terminal) and your amplifier doesn't turn on, then check the fuse in the amp. If that's good, the amp is defective.

-check your ground wire
-check the fuse going from the battery to your amp.
-try disconnecting all wire going from amp and connecting them again they might be loose.
-if all that fails get a friends ride with a system and test yur amp on his ride.
