It sounds pretty good, except I would do unlimited amounts of steamed, boiled, or lightly sauteed veggies, and not unlimited fruit. Fruit has a lot of sugar, and sugar is calories. And also, carrots is the vegetable with the most sugar besides sugar beets, so keep that in mind. keep exercising, too.

That's not a good diet. The easiest way to explain to you what a healthy diet is is this:http://www.zoneliving.com/
I did this HEALTHY diet, and got very, very slim. For carbs I always chose vegetables; no pasta, bread, junk, and no soda.
Your diet really is not good. If you read about the Zone you will understand why. Good luck!

When your on a diet, all that nonsence about eating the right food is B.S!...you can eat whatever you want but just make sure to portion yourself and do not eat too much of it. Also to, working out helps a lot. Walking is the best. Good Luck.

Listen to the signals your body gives you and trust them. Don't let commercials/serving info/etc.... fool you into thinking that your diet is unhealthy or whatever. Believe me, if you eat adequate amounts of every nutrition/food, you will be fine... and remember, always trust what your body tells you... it knows best, and it knows what it needs for having a good diet and a healthy body. :)
