Each time computer starts up I get the above notice,. which further states "The procedure entry point GetProcessingImageFileNameW culd not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL." How can I sort this. I have installed BT software updates and reinstalled and this has made no difference.

call your BT adviser,they will sort it,it was happening to me also

I also had this problem it is connected to the BT on line help service. Get in touch with BT if you can, I tried several times but got no reply. Eventually I removed the BT help programme from add/remove programmes, that stopped it. However if you are not sure about doing that simply leave it as it does no harm. Good Luck.

The Better way is remove it from the startup
Start->Run->msconfig
A Window appears then go to Startup and Uncheck the Tab of SmartBridge Alerts

Had it...Got rid of it....it will stop on its own one day, like it did to me...
