Eat more healthy foods more often. Don't fill up on chips, soda, or candy. It's really bad for you.

i have heard that eating bananas with milk helps one gain weight. even guavas can make one gain weight. try it especially the bananas trick. i have seen it work. one of my brother ate bananas with milk, gained weight and got selected for NDA

eat MORE calories than you burn...

if you are active.. you need to eat more..
just make sure you do it the healthy way.
