i went to a school dance and this guy asked me to dance, we ended up hooking up and then i decided i didnt want to dance anymore so i just said thanks and walked off. about 15 mins later i was dancing with my friend and he was waiting at the front of the dance hall and called me over and asked for my number and gave me a hug. after the dance was finished i saw him and i yelled out his name and he came over but had no idea who i was! he then figured out who i was and he was like oh yeah sorry brydie u just look so different off the dance floor,he said i looked heaps hotter and said he would make it up to me and we then continued talking for about 10 mins. i was so embarrassed that he didnt remember me and he said i could never forget someone like u, do u think it was an honest mistake that he made or is he just a player?

Yes of course it can be an honest mistake, look on the bright side at least this guy thinks your gorgeous and sexy and he gave you a hug. You should ask him over to your place one time and just talk to him and do other things what you feel like doing
