You can say alot with your eyes. You can tell if someone is being honest by looking in their eyes. Plus if you are constantly looking at the boobs then we know thats all your'e after !

The eyes have always been considered the windows of the soul. Perhaps they are trying to find some unknown knowledge or even trying to part such knowledge. All subconsciously of course.

Eye contact is important because it reveals your nature and security. Obviously your fear of eye contact reveals you may have insecurities (or something to hide...) or are too occupied with a woman's "assets", so to say. Also, looking in her eyes is a show of respect rather than stare elsewhere.

Women are self-conscious men are only interested in their bodies and say such things to get you to notice them for other attractions they feel just as important. And they like compliments on facial looks more than those about their body

It's kind of rude just to stare and talk to our boobs. When you look at someones face or look into their eyes when you're talking to them it shows you care about what they're saying and that you have respect for them. Its polite.
I personally find it uncomfortable to talk to someone who only stares at my boobs and doesn't make eye contact. It makes me feel like they only want me for sex and they don't really care about me and what I have to say.

We have boobs. We know you like to stare at them. But come on there is more to us than a chest! It also makes us uncomfortable. It is scary when a man only stares at our body parts. It feels like they have rape on their mind. And that is very scary. So if you don't want to scare women off, don't stare so hard at her body like a sick rapist!

Well, they tell you alot more than our chest does, which incidentally is where most guys look. Also, it reassures us in a bad situation and when we want to know if you're lying, etc.
