I am 15 years old and i'm 52kg which is around 8 stone. I was wandering if this was too fat I want to b skinnier, I hate having flabby bits showing when i wear a tight top :(. Does anyone know what i can do?

depends on how tall you are? exercise and lose the weight...you're 15 you're still growing so any flabby bits you have if you eat right and exercise should go away on it's own. Off hand I say no you're not fat.

im 15 and i weigh 110 lbs (i wanna lost about 5 lbs just so you know) i am 5'4 and i have no idea what you are talking about when you say 52kg or 8 stone so good luck

i walk a lot, about 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes, usually 45

i also eat lots of fruit and vegetables (more than u could imagine) and the ocasional spoonfulls of frosting ;)

sorry no i was born skinny so i have the trouble of gaining wait right now i am under wait serf the web look for "wait loss" it should work my friend did it and she lost 40 pounds she is throwing a party

If you're over 5' tall, your weight is fine. If you're over 5'7", this is too skinny for health purposes. Relax. You're still growing.

It all depends on how tall, or short you are. If you are 162cm or taller you are slim to skinny. If you are shorter you are chubby to fat.

eight stone isnt heavy- depends what height you are really.
