Well first of all don't eat ICe Cream. You can eat fruit and meat and lots of other things but just make sure its not to cold!

Well to start with, you can eat anything you would like to eat just as soon as you take the stud out. You won't run the chance of chipping your front teeth needing crowns later either if you take it out. Options are all I'm suggesting. Both of my kids got their "tongue" (correct spelling not tung) pierced years ago. One chipped a tooth playing with it. I told him then that if a crown was needed to repair the tooth, he would have to pay for it him self, price for having the stud. He didn't like the thought of loosing $700.00 when he usually gets his dental work free. My other one listened to our conversation about it and willingly took it out. Now neither wear one, and they have some friends with crowns because of the studs. Think about your options right now while you can is all I'm suggesting. Good luck and I hope you'll listen to sound advice.

Depends on how long it has been. I ate chili cheese burritos the same day i got mine pierced but the next day all I could eat was popsicles. after a couple of days you can eat anything you ate before you got tongue pierced. It is just a matter of what you can tolerate. No matter what you eat just remember to rinse out your mouth with mouth wash frequently.

listerine will become your best friend... Stay away from beer and yogurt because of the enzymes and yeast. Always use listerine after eating or drinking anything. You should also avoid kissing anyone to avoid any extra bacteria.
