i really really like this girl
we havnt seen each other in about 2 years (before this month)
i dont talk too much really, because i dont think that she'd like me (as she didnt seem to before, and i was getting tired of trying) but she's talking to me alot now, asking me stuff about what im doing in the summer and anything really
does it seem like she likes me now ?
( i was shy before and i stilll am a bit now to girls i really like - but im not too shy infront of her anymore)

Omg... probably... Girls will not really talk to someone she dislike. At least you can be sure she doesn't hate you.
Allow sometime, if she starts to tell you more personal things / ask you personal questions... this comes to be a definite YES!

She LIKES you! Start a Friendship bcuz you know that it can lead to LOVE.
Ask her the same questions and what she's going to do with her summer, then ask her if she would like to go out sometime!
