Yes, 100%.
PS-You're not really supporting the troops if you don't support what they are doing over there.
Jerzeygirl: Please tell me how we are only there for oil? It sure is convenient that their country was run by an evil dictator who wasn't listening to UN sanctions and weapons inspectors. Why are we in Afghanistan?
Izzy-Being in the military IS choosing to go to war, you know that is always a possibility when you sign up. The war in Afghanistan began nearly 6 years ago, which means that EVERYONE who is currently in the military has had a chance to get out since the war started. By staying in they are saying they support the war and are willing to fight for it.
Nicky-What is a better reason to fight a war? Terrorism isn't enough for you?

Now this is one of the most F***ed up questions I've seen here so far. Of course I support the troops over there. They were sent there they didn't ask to go. People should support our countries troops no matter were they are or what they are doing. It's the politicians that people shouldn't be supporting.
And to you naseldrip. Been there, done that. 4 years in the Corps and 8 in the Army what about you?

I support the troops but I in no way support the conflict that the US and the UK primarily that invaded Iraq. Yes, Saddam was a horrible man but the US supported him and his regime not too long ago. Explain this. I don't believe the US is fighting for freedom and democracy. They are looking out for American interests. The US is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Get it right people! This has NEVER been a war on terror. Iraq has never been associated with the terrorists we are after. As I said before the US backed Saddam just a while back. YOU read your history!
Just following orders is not an excuse for doing wrong. The Nuremberg Trials.

I don't know that I still fully support the war and the continued effort to send more troops to Iraq, but I 100% support the troops and all our soldiers who have their country's best interest at heart.

I fully support the troops in Iraq. There is no reason no to. Even if I did not support the war (which I do), I still support the men and women that are over there. They are going through hell, trying to prevent us from being bombed in our offices.
These men and women are fighting for us, and for all others who want freedom. Think of all of those who died, for us!
I have no time for those who have ill-feelings towards the troops. It is time, that disrespect of our military stops. They do not deserve it.

i'm able to understand helping the troops and not helping the war, yet i do no longer fall into that type individually. I help the two, because of the fact the protection stress helps an highway for persons who may be lots e book-clever for college, yet they the two do no longer understand what they decide to be while they strengthen up, or they're bored with the educational equipment this is utilized in maximum post-secondary structures. I help the war to boot because of the fact i've got individually watched undesirable adult males in Iraq deliver jointly weapons for the objective of killing US and Coalition troops, and those adult males might desire to be killed so as that they do no longer kill us first.

I do support them 100% , and I think that a great amount of them are being treated unfairly! They go off to war and get hurt! Most get kicked out when they are injured, and sent to the VA! The VA right now has a great amount of problems like mold infestation, medical resources that are not easy accessed, and many more problems! Also I do not believe that it is right that some people are rejected for silly little reasons! I have a friend who was not allowed in the military because her period was to long and she gets cramps on it. My thought was big deal take some midol during that time of the month and join anyways! I also belive that it is unfair that weman can not be front line troops. I wanted to be in the front lines and they told me no!

I do support our troops that were sent over to Iraq. They are only doing what they were ordered to do. I don't support the President for the reason he sent them over there for.
