I like irongrama's suggestion. However, it will not work on your state return if it uses a scannable form.
If you fill out a return in pencil it is like giving someone a blank check for the amount of your refund. It would be simple enough for anyone who comes into contact with the form to include their bank details on the form.

I've been doing taxes for 30 yrs and if I don't use a computer I always use pencil. I am not perfect enough to do it in pen. You just do a xerox copy and mail that, your pencil form is your copy to keep. You cannot file a return done in pencil, but a xerox is perfect.

Absolutely not, all legal transactions should be in black ink before submitting.
