I would appreciate the correct pronunciation of the latin phrase 'vive vitam' and to confirm the latin-to-english translation as 'live life'

It means " live the life" (or live life)

I'm sorry to say that your Latin is misspelled & doesn't make much sense. I'm not too sure about the English either. In order to work out the Latin we can't just substitute words from one language to the other. We must establish the meaning, and if you are saying 'Let's celebrate as if it is 2009', I'm still not sure what that is saying.
