In something like a latte the milk, and it somewhat is flavour, is a crucial portion of the style. If the barista "scalds" the milk, it is over heats it, it is going to alter the style of the coffee - for the greater severe in case you get a barista thermometer it recommends you maintain the milk between one hundred sixty five and 185 ranges (Fahrenheit) btw on a planet the place existence's in line with water a greater smart scale is one the place good water melts at 0 and steam varieties at a hundred ... it somewhat is called Celsius Fahrenheit is sooo nineteenth century :)
