it's been two weeks and it has a slight red puffy ring around the top hole with no redness around the bottom hole. It doesnt hurt at all and i have been cleaning it twice a day with liquid dial hand soap and first aid ointment is it just healing or should i be worried?

Your probally fine mine did the same thing when I first got mine pierced. It takes a really long time to heal so don't worry.Just keep on cleaning it and don't play with it!

Your body is natually trying to close the hole, and it is irriated so thats why it is red, keep cleaning it and keep an eye on it if you notice any changes see a doctor. Make sure you clean the belly ring too.

if you were to go back to your piercer and ask them, they'd probably recomend soaking it in epson salt, two to three times daily for ten to fifteen minutes.
if it keeps getting worse, definitly go talk to your piercer because they've probably dealt with it a few times and any good piercer would be more than willing to help you out, even after it's done.
