Yes, it is. Without knowing the specifics of the type of bacon/eggs you are using, here are the numbers for normal versions of what you mentioned:

Bacon (4pc): 416 Calories, 40g Fat
Eggs (3pc): 222 Calories, 15g Fat
Toast (2pc): 250 Calories, 2g Fat

Total: 888 Calories, 57g Fat (note: I didn't look up the jelly)

Depending on your activity level, this is almost 50% of what most people should be taking in for a single day. An easy way to cut back significantly on the calories and fat in this meal and still have it taste good would be to do the following:

Eggs: Use 1 whole egg and 2-3 egg whites. Approx calories/fat saved: 344 Calories, 10g fat. The beauty of this idea is that you still get the protein from the eggs, the taste is pretty much the same as long as you mix well, and you cut back on the cholesterol from the eggs as well.

Bacon: Switch to Canadian bacon. Approx calories/fat saved: 291 Calories, 37g fat. Note: this obviously depends on the type of Canadian bacon that you buy, but I use something called "healthy Canadian bacon" that I buy from Trader Joes. It tastes great and is really low in calories/fat but still high in protein.

Toast: switch to whole grain. No calories/fat saved here but whole grain toast is simply better for you.

Totals for revised meal: 450 Calories, 10g Fat. This would be a rather healthy (albeit large) breakfast. Definitely a great alternative though.

Bacon is really fatty and greasy, but it all depends on what you buy, some is better than others. The more white stuff other than red/brown the more fat you are eating. The cheaper stuff is pretty much 90% fat.

Eggs are very good for protein but also high in cholesterol. Toast is good - especially if you are eating more whole grain instead of white. Jelly is sugary, but nothing horrible.

Bacon is absolutly disgusting for you, nearly pure fat. toast is okay, and eggs has lots of protein. Thats good but stay away from bacon man.

It all depends on what you do with your day. If you sit on your backside today, then yes-- that's awful. If you are planning a nice walk or other exercise, then it's fine. I had 3 eggs, sausage, and tortillas, but I am lifting in an hour, and I know I need the fuel.

Bacon is very fattening. The other things are good. You should have 400 calories in your breakfast usually.

Reduce everything you mentioned to half and you would be happy as can be! No more fatting, come fitting!
