Try Smoothies. If you like yogurt and fruit, you can make your own or buy them in a store. Its healthy and has lots more vitamins.

You will get hungry when your body needs more. That doesnt mean you are unhealthy. Its better to eat 6 smaller meals than 3 big ones. If you can, bring an mid-morning snack (carrot sticks, apple, banana) to hold you until lunch.

Also - are you drinking water? Most people are not getting enough water these days, and almost all of them mistake their thirst for hunger so they eat when all they really need to do is drink water. It will help suppress hunger and help not eat as much during meals.

Yogurt is probably nor enough, try eating some fruit with the yogurt, or put granola in the yogurt. Or have some oatmeal with fruit cut up in it.

Anything with fiber is good for filling up. A banana with yogurt can be good, toast with a little bit of butter/peanut butter, a muffin, or you can mix up a bunch of sliced fruits and add them to plain yogurt, and add your own sugar so you can control how much sugar intake you get.

oatmeal! omg it seriously is good! (well, with some brown sugar in it, sick by itself)

or eggs, try eating and egg or something, if you are still hungry, add the oatmeal

breakfast is really good for you because it gives you lots of energy for the rest of the day.

yogurt is gonna make you hungry no matter when you eat it. trust me.
