I think inhaling any spray would be bad. It gets into the sinuses and lungs and
coats them. It can interfere with breathing function. Do you remember the idiots
that inhaled Pam spray, etc to get a high? They gummed up their lungs pretty
good and was irreversible. With any spray you need to use caution-maybe wear
a mask while applying?

I have inadvertantly inhaled that stuff too, then felt nervous. I'm sure we're not the only ones who have done it. Just try your best not to do it again. Once I even jumped out to avoid it. They say its not bad for you, but come on, Im sure it is. Just don't do it again.

it tastes terrable and i wouldn't suggest trying to breathe when your in there... theres just too much mist- you'd breathe it all in.
