If this has been going on for more than two days, go see a professional. You could have a bacterial infection that if gone untreated, could cause some long term damage. If you have had an accident which could have broken a rib, or punctured a lung, go see a professional. If you are short of breath, that could be the reason for the headache, (lack of oxygen). If you have a fever with this sore throat, see a professional. Otherwise, lots of rest, lots of FLUIDS, and some vitamin c (orange juice is best). You can also get into the bathroom, turn on the shower water (HOT). Let the room fill with steam, stay in there about 20 min. This should loosen some of the mucus. If you can turn your air conditioner to where it is cold in your house (wrap up in blankets), breath the cold air. Hot air will actually make the bronchiolii close up. These items should help. Good Luck and get to feeling better.

It sounds like you have a cold. Give it a few days and if you don't seem better, call your doctor. In the meantimes some hot tea with honey and lemon might soothe your sore throat. Hope you feel better!
