Where would you say the best vacation spot for a 20 year old would be?

I planning on going on a vaction with a friend at the end of this year (december-january). I was wondering what places will still be warm. Also I would like to go to a place where it is legal for me to drink. We have passports so leaving the US isnt a problem.

i would say Brazil. it's a great place to Vacation, hot, beautiful girls, and the people are great. so, hopefully i helped.

Philippines, specifically Palawan, Bohol and Boracay if you like beaches.
