you have probably got something on your mind or are feeling dissatisfied with something...
If so you need to figure out what t is and make some positive changes in your life.
Also instead of drinking to get to sleep try exercising through the day ( but not too close to bed time) and eating a healthy diet.
Hope it helps

Well, first of all, you shouldn't be drinking every night. Alcohol does not allow your body full rest. It inhibits the REM stages of sleep, those needed to feel fully rested. Second, are you stressed or feeling creative (not able to turn off your thought?) Stress can cause acute insomnia. Work on a few personal relaxation techniques, aside from drinkingg. Are you getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night? Possibly stop drinkin all fluids after 6 or 7 to decrease this occurrence.

You will never have a good nights sleep if you rely on alcohol, believe me ,i,ve been there. Try a natural sleep medication during the working week and enjoy your drinks at the weekend when you can sleep it off, and relax.

Forget about Barcadi and Coke for the time being and see what happen to your body sleeping system. Physical exercise helps too.
