how to trace out passport file no which was lost and and no proof of the passport how i can get my passport file no and i went to hydrebad passport office where it got issued by the year 1998 but nothing worked out because as the staff were so busy ,. so any one know how to get passport no kindly tell me plz

Follow the directions there has too be information somewhere in the system.

Whatever agency issued the passport has permenant files. All you have to do is go to your embassy and ask.

When there is no "proof of a passport", it generally means the passport never existed or it was fake.

It would be expired anyway, so merely apply for a new one.

There isnothing you can do except contact the state department, but you can get a new one faster most likely
