i think fair skins naturally suit blonde tones . Dark blue eyes can set off blonde hair beautifully. try a rich golden blonde with some peroxide blondes put through. it will not make skin look pale but also add a bit of depth and contrast in the hair tones. and will go beautifully in summer!!

try blonde with brown highlights so your hair is visable and cool so u can be more noticable to more people and u will get more friends because when they notice you they will say u are a really good person and the best thing i like about u is your great hair and when u are fair.

I'd try a darker color, maybe a deep brunette with some lighter streaks. I'm pretty pale with greenish eyes, and I always like the way my hair looks when I darken it.
