in todays world of religious beliefs, it seem most folk have put there stock in educational doctor type ministers.. which are to me worldy .. God calls men to find wisdom in the Holy bible. not in some highminded professor of some theology teaching. they these stand in the pulpits as mere puppets. God will judge all men for what they have preached.. he cares nothing of mens theology and degrees..he looks upon men hearts , he has no respect for any man person.. ( i like the God called preachers) (and despise the world called so call preacher.).they dont care for men dieing in there sins and going to a eternal punishment..all they worry about is there big standing in the church as Dr so and so....what your thoughts?take there monthy pay away and see how long they stay...

1Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints

Point well made! But not all theology professors are that way. Some of them actually have a hunger to learn more about God's word in order to reach those who need deep curiosity satisfied with knowledgeable reasoning. However, it does seem to be the trend that those who hold doctorates in Theology and pastor churches appear mostly concerned with their own image and not the lost ones. I think it is the Devil's plot to set things up proper for the anti-christ. He is too self-absorbed to realize that God already has his future lain out to rule over Hell and he is forever trying to find ways to cast a shadow over God. He might as well burn in Hell himself as he will never overtake God's kingdom. Planting "decoy devils" like you speak of is a powerful way to turn lots of people away from hearing about God. And it does get rather boring! Give me a called man of God any day! But don't forget about those who are dedicated to gaining higher education in order to reach the more logical seekers. Some of them are truly dedicated.

I agree with your points.
There are people who say they are of God but are not.
It was going on in Paul's' time.
The PHD seems to be the way most are going.
If you listen to them you can get a grip on the teaching they received is not of God.
There are those who try to do God's will but are still human.
They make mistakes.
A pastor's job is tough, I wouldn't want it.
There are biases in each pastor. They follow the school they came from. Pentecostal, Baptist, Methodist and the others. It has to do with the theology taught at that particular school.
