I don't usually have that feeling, but I'm not surprised that some people do. We all have our own way of dealing with things. I would say it's a physical reaction to emotional trauma.

well the pain you feel for the loss of a person effects our nerves, which causes us to feel crazy things...like no sleep, throwing up, not eating, etc....
