I'm 13, I'm 5'0 and I weigh 104 pounds! Everybody says I'm skinny, but I don't believe them. If I told my mom, she wouldn't do anything about it. I watch what I eat and I even gave up sweets and soda!

Anything that might work? Workouts, tips, anything!?!?

first of all you are not overweight..the average weight of a 13 year old girl measuring 5' is 100-110..if u feel that u want to tone your body then you could start jogging and doing crunches..that really helped me

You're 13, you're young, you have time. You don't necessarily need to lose weight, but if you want your body to look more lean and toned, then you can exercise. Do cardio for approx. 20-30 minutes (ex. swimming, running, dancing) for about 4 times a week, don't ever skip breakfast as in the long run it can help you lose/maintain your weight, and eat 5-6 small, portioned meals everyday.

Pushups can work your arm muscle and abs, and do some curlups (don't overdo them though).

Remember, the key to losing weight is eat properly and stay active. But don't fret over your image, you're still growing into your body.

Stop it right now! You are not overweight. Don't be going to those Ana sites.

You have much more to focus on. Stop focusing on yourself. I'm not saying you're selfish but it is destructive. Focus on helping others with something completely unrelated to workouts, body or weight control.

You are at a very critical time of your life that this could become a problem that will last a life time.

Look I know a girl who is 13 and she weight 115. She is really ok. You aren't overweight. You are perfect. If you don't think so you might have something like anorexia,but i am not a doctor. But by what i have seing i think you are realyy skiny.You don't have to worry, yoyu are ok...

no youre not fat. i know a girl whos 13 and shes 120. and thats just because shes athletic. she plays advanced softball and she has to do weight lifting. so she went to a specialist because she thought she was fat too. turned out that she was so worried about her weight that most of it was muscle and not fat that she needed. she was kicked off her softball team for a year because she was scared that she was fat and in the end, dieted too much. dont let it happen to you! youre not overweight... actually youre probably wat you need to be.

you are NOT overweight. Stop thinking that way, or you might be a prime candidate for an eating disorder.

Ok you are fine. At 13, I was 140 pounds. You are what people call..... um, what is that word.... SKINNY.
