So this girl that works with me

She always looks directly into my eyes whenever she's walking by me, and sometimes she would squeeze them (give me a kind of seductive look)

and smile at me every time we see each other.

And looks at me whenever she thinks no one is around her.

Uh no. It could mean that shes interested, but its also possible that shes jst checking you out. And when we look @ you or smile, then ok? whats ur point? we can look @ girls and smile and look @ them, but nobody thinks we want 2 hook ^ w/ them do they? noooo. sry 2 burst ur bubble but its really possible that she doesnt like you.

If a woman looks in your eyes 40 percent of the time then she is interested.
If a woman looks in your eyes 70 percent of the time then she is sexually interested.
If a woman looks in your eyes more then 90 percent of the time she is PISSED.

That is a sign. I would need more than that though to tell if a woman likes me. If she asks you a lot of questions, agrees with you a lot, touches you, etc then she most likely is into you.
