interaction with a human in the flesh is better than interacting with a 'human' on yahoo, because people on yahoo hide! Many are fantical and zealous, intolerant, lack humour, lack inteeligence and do not wish to learn or research. Instead they attack all religions, attack all faiths, without understanding ANY. The BORG are better, they do not have these traits, they just exist, combine and expand!

Yes, I think that I am better off for participating in Yahoo Answers? I have learned some points that I wouldn't think I would. AND, it is good to see a dissection of our societies beliefs and thoughts.

It depends on how we respond to questions or answers that step on our toes. If we respond totally un-spiritually, mean and acid-laced text just because someone expresses an opinion different from ours, obviously whatever religion or faith we believe in, we have failed the test of Patience, Tolerance and Humility.
As for myself... some ups some downs, and the downs actually reveal my flaws to myself, that I always thought I was a pretty tolerant person... but obviously, not as tolerant as I thought i was or I had wanted to be.
:) Even Y!A has lessons for each of us despite the bickering that goes on in the R+S section ... other parts seem pretty polite and cordial... how shameful for those of us who consider ourselves spiritual, faithful or religious

It has helped me strengthen my faith in Jesus and solidify my study habits. I am better for having participated here even though I become depressed at times over responses and lack of education shown.

Yes and yes. My everyday life doesn't offer the kinds of exchanges I see happening here.
Why not make the best of it?

Yes - It causes me to study deeper and gives me an idea of just how warped our society's understanding of God really is.
