I'm using online Turbo Tax. My W-2 has a box 40 for FSA health care, but Turbo tax does not give the option of entering that. Could this be entered in box 10 (FSA Dependent care benefits)?

You cannot include in medical expenses amounts for which you are fully reimbursed by your flexible spending account if you contribute a part of your income on a pre-tax basis to pay for the qualified benefit.

The FSA contributions you made are not included as income on your W2 and are not deductible on the Federal Return
