Maybe if humans didn't populate every inch of the planet and squeeze the other species onto the periphery. The animals are probably wondering whether humans should be allowed to harass their neighborhoods.

My town has something called "animal control". You call them and they come out and haul the offending animal to jail. Perhaps your town has something similar.
