how many days can you stand not washing your body at all?help me?

I have not washed my face for 1 week.

the reason is I am lazy. but tonight I will do cuz my gf is coming to home

if she will not come I will not wash my body at all. you know , to tell the truth , I want to take a shower only before having sex I think I am becoming nut.

help me.

for 3 days I v played poker. only drinking beer and not sleeping at all .I won 2000$ but I know any minute I can lose all.

The only positive aspect of my abnormal living is that I come to realize in me there is a small devil .how to kill him?

I dont like my self . anyway I have to take a shower, cuz my joanna is coming ,we know we goonna have it.

monday for me 1000$ will be, but I DONT WANT TO PLAY POKER.

I understand where you are coming from.I suffer from severe major depression among other things.I go 10 ten days at a time without showering.My shrink is aware.My daughters will start to ride my back around day 10 and say c mon ma you stink and I'll try to get movin in the shower for them.It takes energy i just dont have.Half the time I cant even get out of bed.I learned that washing up at the sink is better than nothing ya know.If you arent in therapy please seek some asap.and good luck man,peace beth

Sounds like you have a gambling problem that needs to be addressed. Take a shower and talk it over with your girlfriend. Your health should be more important than poker.

First, you have a gambling addiction. Seriously.

Second, when my boyfriend goes back home to visit his parents for Xmas and the summer, he goes a week without showering--and brushing his teeth. Gross, yea. But, it doesn't bother him. He's vegging out. Being lazy. Because when school starts in the fall, he's busting his butt for 9 more months.

My point? He doesn't care about the showering and doesn't see himself negatively for it. He's just chilling out at home.

Your problem isn't that you're lazy or that you're a slob. You're addicted to gambling and it sounds like you're depressed--probably because you're addicting to gambling and you know it. The "not showering" thing is just a manifestation of those issues.

I would recommend that you start getting yourself some help before you gamble away your money and lose your girlfriend.

seek professional help you may have depression as well as the clear fact you have a gambling problem. I would go to the Dr and get put on depression meds and maybe think about the possiblity of seeking therepy..good luck, sorry people are being rude to you here, thats not a good way to treat someone that is feeling the way you are. Then again you shouldnt have enabled them to make fun of you either.

I shower every morning and if I get dirty during the day I will take another one the same day. I'm in construction and it s dirty work.

Everybody should shower daily and go to gamblers anonymous right away and seek mental health help right away!

I've gone at least a month and I'm a woman. Haha, I think you have other issues besides washing your body for example your believe in the 'small devil' and your gambling?? If your not opposed to it, maybe seeing a counsellor or psychologist would be a good idea. Not washing yourself is okay...not great, but okay.

Just take a shower first before you do anything, I have to take one every day. or I feel like blah. and my self esteem is right by you. but I have to be and feel clean.
