About a month ago I got a spiral perm at holiday hair. My hair is naturally wavy and I didnt think I liked my original hair but after getting the perm I love my oringinal hair. I want to get rid of my perm because I'm loosing my hair everywhere and it gets all tangled up and in the morning I fix it and by the end of the day it is flat and frizzy. I want to get rid of my perm but I am afraid that my hair will frizz up. Please make sure you are educated on this is you are going to answer because I really dont want it to be messed up more than it is! Please help.

the only way to get rid of a perm..is to grow it out.
condition your hair well...
try MOP Glisten shampoo & conditioner....
the perm was too strong for your hair..that's why you are loosing you hair....and why it looks frizzy.
it was done all wrong.
wash..condition and wear it upswept...it will grow out.

There is really nothing you can do right now. I'm sorry, this isn't what you want to hear. But, the perm chemically restructured your hair and any further attempts could make your hair even worse for losing hair and getting tangled. Just condition the heck out of it and stay away from drying things (certain hairspray or styling products with lots of alcohol). The only thing you can do is condition it well and wait until it grows out. If it's long, you may want to start chopping some of it off as it sounds like its quite damaged. I'm sorry, but that hair cannot be made to go back, its too late. You have to wait for the new hair to grow in. In the meantime, get a different style going on and try to have fun with it.

make sure your hair is untagled, take a perm solution 1 and shampoo it in your hair when it's all in take a comb and comb your hair straight (very gently) i've been using that method on my friends since i was a kid and it works great and it won't alter your natural texture. after just put the neutraliser in for 5 mins and voila......
