This girl Im dating, told me she gets very clingy and she doesnt understand why she gets like that. I thought it was just a little clingy. But she calls me every day which is fine, but when I dont answer, she gets mad, and Im like in the restroom using #2 when I dont answer. Or I leave my cell charging and Im away from my phone so I dont hear it and she gets mad. What do I do? why do girls get like that?

I was a clingy, jealous, insecure mess in another lifetime.
If you don't love her dump her now or she is going to get much worse when she starts feeling your attention is fading.
If you do love her, then know this is all based on insecurity. So you have to do two things. Work hard to make her feel like you are her rock that she can count on and trust 100%. And also set boundaries and stick to them.

Explain to her that you know she gets very clingy, but also tell her that if you don't answer the phone, it is because you are busy doing something that cannot be interrupted, and tell her that if you don't answer you will call her back as soon as you can. Try and express the fact that it bothers you when she overreacts like that.

Reassure her often - tell her you'll call her for a change (but make sure you do!!)
Ask her not to be so clingy, and ask her how you can help her to feel better about your relationship.
I get like that when my bf doesn't call but he has said he would - it puzzles us ladies why you guys don't think of us 100% of the time, or at least that is how it feels.... we forget that you have to eat, sleep, go pee-pee.....
If you miss her call, call her back ASAP and say, sorry I missed your call I was in the loo, and you wouldn't want me to talk to you from there now would you!! Or send her a text saying, can't talk right now, but I'll call you in 10 mins (looking forward to it)
When she feels more secure.... it should become less.... but if it becomes more.... well then you'll have to consider your options.
Us ladies quite often suffer from lack of self esteem and confidence when it comes to guys. We don't understand you and spend half of our lives trying! We want our relationships to work out. Guys want the same, they just show it differently I guess.
If you're not comfortable with her attentions, then you'll have to let her know it isn't helping you and your relationship. But show that you're willing to help her understand / get better / feel better about it, and that should help!!

Ok, 1st off, a little bit tmi there in the 3rd sentence. And I was like that too with my ex. He got sooo freakin pissed off and he broke up with me!!! Just dont break her heart. Talk it out before you actually want to end it (if you do). Girls get like this bcuz they are SO excited they found themselves a match!!! It just makes us SOOO happy. It really puts a smile on our face, and then, we want to hear their voice ALL the time, and we want to be with them bcuz its just our happiness that gets us clingy.

if its a new relationship, girls are like that at the beggining. she will probably relax after a while. she just likes talkng to you right now. she gets mad because she might be worrying your doing something she doesnt want you to be doing when you dont answer. like talking to another girl etc.

Why don't you ring her first?
Or just a quick txt telling her you are thinking
of her but are very busy and you'll see her
later.
She obviously feels very insecure - ask her why?
