Genesis 3: 14-21 Explains the puishments that God has Given to the Snake, Adam and Eve (And their decendants), but Why do we still suffer if Jesus was supposed to wipe the sins, thus the punishments?
Example:
Gen 3:16 Then the LORD said to the woman, "You will suffer terribly when you give birth. But you will still desire your husband, and he will rule over you."
(Women still suffer during birth)
Gen 3:17 The LORD said to the man, "You listened to your wife and ate fruit from that tree. And so, the ground will be under a curse because of what you did. As long as you live, you will have to struggle to grow enough food.
(We still have to work for a living)
Gen 3:14 So the LORD God said to the snake: "Because of what you have done, you will be the only animal to suffer this curse-- For as long as you live, you will crawl on your stomach and eat dirt.
(???? ok ????)
Sorry for the long details, but please elaborate.

The problem you are addressing arises from the fallacy of "original sin". That concept implies that an innocent baby at the moment of birth is already burdened with culpability and guilt for what some ancestors allegedly did.
Once somebody convinces you to accept that you are behind the eight ball just for being born human, then you start to worry, you look around for a remedy and - surprise, surprise - the very same people who sold you on the concept of inherited liability and sin are the very same people who want you to accept the remedy from the offer they are presenting to you. Hmmm.
If you accept that pitch, then let me explain that I have twenty million dollars in my account here in Nigeria and I want to send it to the US with your help and your share will be ten million dollars. How could you turn down this free gift?

If someone puts you on the cross, and you die because of your bleeding, you dont really have much of a choice. Consequently, its not a sacrifice.
It would have made more sense if Jesus died fighting the atrocities the Romans and the head jews were causing.
Like a martyr, THAT would have been a sacrifice.
Edit: fra59e makes a VALID and great point.

Jesus' suffering on the cross was far more agonizing that anything most of us will ever have to endure.
But Jesus' physical suffering was only a sign of a much deeper kind of suffering He was enduring: the suffering of His spirit. When Jesus died, the face of His heavenly Father was hidden, and He was torn from the presence of God. He who had enjoyed unbroken fellowship with His Father in heaven from all eternity now faced Hell itself. This was His real agony—an agony far deeper than that which any other person has ever endured.
Why did He have to endure so much suffering? The reason is because all our sins were placed on Him, and when He suffered and died He was taking upon Himself the punishment we deserve. You and I only deserve judgment and hell—but He took our judgment and hell upon Himself. The Bible says, "God made him who had no sin to be sin for us" (2 Corinthians 5:21). He took your place!
Why did He do this? He did it because of love! He loves us, and He wants us to spend eternity with Him in heaven. Sin is serious—so serious that it sent Jesus to the cross. But God's love is greater, and because of Jesus' death and resurrection we can be saved. Turn to Christ and accept Him into your life today.

A futile gesture that has caused too much strife, war, cruelty, bloodshed, torture and greed, hypocrisy, intolerance and bigotry and hatred. For too long and continues to humanity's shame!

No... the penalty for sin was paid but you have to accept that payment for yourself personally and individually.

It's only futile if you don't accept it.
It's a gift. You can only have it if you accept it.
It's a choice.
