Seed dispersion by animals is usually via either the seed sticking to the outside of the creature (e.g. burrs) and then falling off at some distance from the parent plant, or by passing through their intestinal tract and being deposited in their stools.
There is a seed dispersal mechanism that (I think) is specific to humans - agriculture. We plant seeds on purpose for our food (e.g. grasses such as wheat, rice, barley), or for our pleasure - such as flower seeds in our garden. Our technology means that plants from a particular place can find their way all over the world.
